Juliana pulls from her training to meet your needs at the time of your session whether you're looking for a more therapeutic session, relaxation, mobility work, or something between all three! Juliana specializes in barefoot work, however she incorporates barefoot work and manual massage in all of her sessions.

Massage

Frederick Stretch Therapy, commonly known as Fascial Stretch Therapy, or FST, is a stretching modality which uses constant motion and gentle traction to work the entire range of a joint capsule while simultaneously targeting complete myofascial lines. Used in a range of applications including professional athletes, ER doctors resetting dislocations, professional circus and dance artists, and more, this modality is versatile and suited to a wide range of client needs. Juliana was trained with industry leaders at the Stretch To Win institute and holds the highest level of certification currently available. Her training in Mongolian contortion informs her work with clients hoping to expand their mobility for more effective and efficient work both on and off the table.

Stretch Session

This is a short session designed to address the head, neck, and jaw. Using cupping, gua sha, intra oral massage, and massage therapy, we will address the most common areas which contribute to jaw dysfunction, pain, headaches, clenching, grinding, and overall tension. Added to the basic TMJ tamer we do a 45 minute stretch session targeting the myofascial lines around the hips and deep core which are functionally tied to the jaw. The connection between the jaw and pelvis are often overlooked and this session addresses both comprehensively.

TMJ Tamer X Stretch
